Same-Day Urgent Appointments

We know that when your pet is unwell, waiting a week is not an option. During clinic hours we keep room in the schedule for pets who need to be seen promptly. If your dog or cat is not acting right, is in pain, has stopped eating, or has had an injury, call us first — (403) 274-6633 — and we will do our best to see them the same day.

We are not a 24-hour emergency hospital. For life-threatening emergencies outside our hours, the Calgary Animal Emergency Clinic is available overnight and on holidays.

Your First Visit

What New Clients Can Expect

New clients are always welcome at Creekside. You can fill out our New Client Form online before your visit, which saves time at check-in, and our team is happy to answer your questions about your pet's care.

At your first visit, Dr. Singh or one of our veterinarians will take the time to review your pet's history, do a thorough exam, and explain everything clearly before recommending any treatment or diagnostics. We give you a written estimate before we start — no surprise fees.
