His particular areas of interest regard surgical diseases of the stifle, particularly cranial cruciate ligament disease, as well as various elbow conditions, traumatology, fracture management and repair, and diseases of the hip and pelvis.

Dr. Price has been performing orthopedic surgery for over a decade and has obtained numerous hours of advanced training in the field of veterinary orthopedics.

Some training attended by Dr. Price includes, but is not limited to: TPLO surgery along with complex and advanced TPLO case management and complication management; lateral fabellar suture management of cruciate ligament disease; patellar luxation correction and advanced correction via distal femoral osteotomy; AO vet trauma and fracture management courses including fundamental, advanced, and masters training, including training in minimally invasive fracture management and masters training in feline orthopedics. Dr. Price regularly attends surgical conferences and training courses and, at this time, has completed over 400 hours of specific veterinary orthopedic education. Dr. Price continues to further his skillset and offerings year by year so that he can practice in tandem with the most recent developments in orthopedic surgical care.
